  1. Through data entered voluntarily in forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
  2. By saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) in end-devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.

Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.

3. Hosting

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers: small.pl

The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, maintains server-level logs. The logs may include:

  1. resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
  2. request arrival time,
  3. response sending time,
  4. client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
  5. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
  6. URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – when the transition to the Website was through a link,

    2. information related to the handling of emails sent to and by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:

  1. hosting company on the basis of entrustment
  2. authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the site

Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform related actions specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With regard to marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  4. processing restrictions,
  5. and data portability.

You have the right to object in the scope of the processing indicated in item 3.2 c) to the processing of personal data in order to perform the legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right of objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims.

Actions of the Administrator may be subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to service the Website.

In relation to you, actions may be taken involving automated decision making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.

The Website may save information about connection parameters (time marking, IP address).

The Website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to process a service request or business contact, registration services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
